One of these in-house training options is P1 Group's P1 University, which offers an array of courses in a classroom setting and through self-paced study materials. Started in 2008, this continuing education option is designed to give P1 associates the ability to improve their specific job skills while also enhancing their career advancement opportunities.
Utilizing a combination of experienced P1 Group employees, contracted trainers and self-paced study guides, course topics range from proposal writing to project management techniques to proper use of the company's sophisticated project management, accounting and scheduling software.
